Hello! I'm Kristin Kozub, founder of Kozub & Co.

My background is a mix of internal operations, project coordination, and executive support. I’ve spent years inside teams managing the work that keeps everything moving: tracking priorities, managing updates, coordinating people, and keeping the internal side of the business organized.

I pay attention to the parts of work that get overlooked. I notice when ownership is unclear, when communication creates hesitation, when expectations shift, or when small inconsistencies start slowing people down. Those details help me understand what’s actually getting in the way and what needs attention.

I work close to the ground. I run internal ops, track what needs to happen, and give leadership the context they need to make decisions without being pulled into the day-to-day. My role has always been to bring structure to the in-between areas that don’t sit cleanly in one job title but still affect everything. Pattern recognition comes naturally to me, and it guides how I support teams.

Kozub & Co exists to give founders their time back. Teams move easier when the internal work is supported, the details are managed, and the system reflects how people actually operate.
